John Lennon

The Beatles were my musical "heroes". 
On my tenth birthday (The Beatles released Sgt. Pepper on the same day!) I received a mono record
player as a present.
The first single I would play on it:
Misery by Les Beatles! 

Work and life of Lennon have always been of interest to me.
I spent my hard earned pocket money on each new record.

After a long period of self chosen silence by the artist John Lennon,
I remember clearly the moment I heard "Starting Over" for the first time from Lennon's "comeback"
album "Double Fantasy". 
I was convinced many interesting listening moments would follow.
I must confess that I enjoyed John's collaboration with Yoko too.
